It was a magical night! This is THIRTY freakin’ ONE! Santé to the best life!
Savoured a 3-course dinner cruise with my favourite person at the seine of Paris plus a sightseeing of the iconic attractions of the city. What else can I ask for? I’d say the best birthday & anniversary ever! This trip is a dream! It was both our first time in the city of love so it just made it more special and memorable.
I’d suggest you do this dinner cruise, it’s worth it. We paid EUR 138 for the both of us. It’s a cruise along the Seine River offers views of Paris landmarks including Eiffel Tower, the Louvre, and Ile de la Cité that you can’t get on land. This tour lets you experience the city at its most magical during an evening cruise so you can admire the illuminated landmarks as you dine on a delicious 3-course dinner and sip champagne.
We went last year August 2022 for both our anniversary trip and my birthday week. The weather was perfect. After dinner, we finished our drinks on the rooftop while passing through the bridge, it is the romantic bridge in Paris. Legend has it that if you pass under the bridge for the first time, you have to make a wish, and once you are under the bridge you have to close your eyes and kiss your neighbor or someone beside you and then your wish will come true! After passing by the bridge you’ll see the Eiffel Tower closer and eventually the lights started to blink or sparkle! IT WAS SO MAGICAL AND DREAMY I was giggling inside and can’t get over it! It sparkles every 15 minutes until midnight and I believe it starts at 9pm or 10 pm. After the cruise we then on went for a stroll to the Eiffel Tower and did what locals do, picnic under or at the park by the tower. Checked it off our bucket list! You can bring your food and even alcoholic drinks. There are some who sell bottles of wine or beers. We ended the night watching the last sparkle of the Eiffel Tower until midnight and ubered back to our hotel.
